Each member of the NWA Parrot Head Club is responsible for his or her own actions and behavior. Membership in the club does not give the person permission to use Jimmy Buffett's name, song titles, lyrics, name of businesses or other trademarked, copyrighted or reserved material owned by Jimmy Buffett. No member can use their membership and/or the club logo for other than club approved publications and/or activities. For club benefits, you must have been a member for 30 days. Membership dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.
